8 Happy New Year!!!

I'm so excited for 2008...for me it means new beginnings and new adventures. 2007 was a great year! Last night while we visited my family (all of us were there!!!) we played a game that I had prepared (thanks Tiff!!) where we answered questions about each other and reflected on the year that has past. It was a fun time to be able to spend together and remember the things that have happened to us this last year! I'd have to say that for me...it was my favorite New Years Eve ever! It was so wonderful being with family! My cute niece and nephew just stole my heart...they are the sweetest kids! So thanks family for a great week!

I'm setting a goal here on my blog. I am going to participate in Project 365 this year. It's something I've been wanting to start for awhile, but now with the new year, it gives me a good excuse. I have always been an advocate for documenting my life in photos. Even though I'm not the best photographer, I want my children to always remember their life experiences. So this year...I'm going to do just that. I'm going to take one photo each day! So here's my first one...



This was taken this morning just before we left to come home. To me it starts the year off right...with family. My one word for this year is family. That is most important to me and I want to keep it that way all year long!!
