4 Grr....

It's just been one of those days. I didn't sleep well last night, that's probably why. But when I woke up this morning my internet was out. Yuck. I didn't come back on until about an hour ago. Then, I decided to try potty training again. Didn't go well. Well, let me take that back, she's making more progress, but still not going in the potty. If anyone has any great potty tips for a very stubborn little girl, let me know. I know not to rush her and that she'll do it when she's ready. So when today didn't go so well, I backed off. I'll let her do it in her own time. Even if she is 5 and kids are teasing her in school...that should solve it right? LOL!

1 More snow photos...

and boy it really came down yesterday! It didn't stop all day long and the roads were horrible as I took Bryleigh to school this morning. Yeah, the didn't close school...how crazy is that? But today has been beautiful. Blue skies and not that cold...so Bryleigh and I went out to play. Look at how much snow is piled up against the driveway.

4 My dream has come true...

guess what we found??

And it was all by happy accident! We had to run to Walmart because Bryleigh wanted to spend her birthday money on a Barbie. (Which by the way, she is WAY into right now!) We went over to the electronics section because Ray was looking for the Wii Zapper. He saw Guitar Hero for the Xbox and we dreamt for a split second of having our own for the Wii. When all of a sudden my eyes were diverted to the center island and low and behold they had six, yes six Guitar Hero 3's for the Wii. I ran over there and snatched it up quick. I just couldn't believe that they had some. I was not going to let it pass me by this time! So we got it!! And I spent last night and some of today working on my band's "career". Seriously, you need to play this game if you haven't...we all have an inner rock star!! Oh...and my band's name (for future reference) is Creative Juices. :)

Yep, we got dumped on. This doesn't even show how much we got. But one of the really bad things here in windy Idaho is we get huge drifts. So this is our front sidewalk about thirty minutes after my hubby shoveled it. YUCK!

7 Happy Birthday Bryleigh!!

My little girl turned three today! I can't believe how big she's getting!


That would be her with her cheesy grin and the Littlest Pet Shop cake that I made for her. This poor child has had a lifetime of ugly cakes. Her first one was a My Little Pony cake and the pony sat on top, but was bigger than the whole cake and last year I didn't have time to really put anything together, so I just added some frosting and sprinkles. But this year..I'm actually proud of her cake!


She's had a great birthday this year! Last night after all the festivities of a princess party and such I took her to a place here called Hands On. She picked a ceramic monkey bank and had a fun time painting it!! We get to go pick it up on Wednesday! She was an angel while we were out, I think she just enjoyed the mommy/Bryleigh time.

This morning we went to church then this evening she opened her presents. She is fully stocked now with princess dress up clothes. She got a trunk FULL of stuff, a pack of 6 princess dress up shoes, a cabbage patch doll and a new Barbie Big Wheel! She got some really cute clothes from Nana and Papa and a Winnie the Pooh piano from Grandpa and Grandma! Fun!! We ate her favorite meal tonight, Chicken Rolls...then sang Happy Birthday and ate cake! It's been a great day!!

Can I just tell you that this Project 366 is so amazing! I tell you, it's making my life so much better. I really am enjoying life right now and I think that when I'm looking for something to document each day, I am living my life more fully!
