This week when working on my PL, I was able to work on it a bit throughout the week. It was nice to not have to sit down for an extended period of time on the weekend...I had already finished a bunch by the weekend. Only problem...I'm finding that even though I'm creating more slots by sewing up a Design A protector...I still have WAY MORE photos that I didn't use. I guess I could add an extra insert, but they were all random photos. We'll see what I end up doing as the next few weeks go on. :)
Here's my two page spread...
Side one...all Easter day photos :)
Side two...the rest of the week!
Close-up of the kids in their Easter clothes for church. I looked and looked and looked for lightweight, gray cardigans for the boys and I finally found a seller on Etsy that had some. She usually screen prints on them but I asked her if she had any plain ones and she was so kind to create a custom listing for me. I loved how cute all the kids looked :)
I remembered I had these washi tape frames by Danielle. They are so realistic for a digi element, I'm glad I remembered I had them...I love how they look in my album!
This week I used illlustrator to write on a lot of my cards. I love the look of handwriting on photos and so I've done it digitally here with the card of my daughter. On this other card, I added the "HOT", arrow and circle to a card I had already finished. All done in illustrator! :)
...one of my favorite cards from the week! :)
