1 project life | week 22

I'm actually early this week in posting...can you believe it? I can't!! I just had the time and motivation to finish up week 22 tonight and figured, why procrastinate blogging about it? :)

So here's my double spread:

side one...

and side two...

We planted our garden on Memorial Day...it's our first year doing cinder block gardening and I love it so far! :) Can't wait until we get to eat some of this stuff!

My husband and I have been doing the HCG diet and by mid-week (end of May) we had both lost 16 lbs.  As of today, I'm down 18.5!!!! :)

This is our favorite meal these days...I'll be sharing the recipe soon here on my blog, so stay tuned! :)

0 project life | week 21

This week was a fun one! We had Jeremy's first baseball game, Bryleigh's field day and the end of school for both kids! It was a good week!

I added in pics of both kids at the start of the school year...I can't believe how much they have each grown up! :)

0 project life | week 20

I've fallen really behind with blogging...I've had this week done since last week, but just haven't taken pictures to blog about it!

I had a fabulous mother's day...in addition to the picture and info in here, I added in a bunch of inserts with quotes, cards and gifts from the kids.

The second half of the two-pager is all about the kids' Tavaci concert...it was so cute! Both of them had parts in the program, so I added in the paper with their parts under the photo. :)

3 our summer bucket list...

We finished up our summer bucket list for this year! We've done a bucket list for 3 years now and the kids love checking off things every summer. We've got some fun things planned for summer vacation, so I hope to stay busy!

This year I did our list on a 2'x4' piece of MDF, found at Home Depot for about $10. It was the perfect size to put up on our cupboard in the kitchen. I spray painted it with chalkboard paint (also found at Home Depot). I picked up this chalk on Amazon. It's sidewalk chalk, but it was bright and that's what I wanted! I love how it turned out!

Also, something we're doing is an activity each day of the week. This is kind of what our week looks like:

We do each of these activities for a couple hours during the late morning. I've also set up reading time (I'm reading them Charlotte's Web right now), school work time, chores, and free time. We'll also be attending the library and the summer movies. I really hope they'll keep busy enough not to be bored, because when they're bored...they fight. :)

I'd love to see your list of fun summer activities too!
